Our Premium Forwarding Service® (PFS®) options offer residential and business customers more flexibility and control over when and where they receive mail. If you would like to forward your mail while you relocate for a while or want to get all your business mail in one place, USPS® forwarding services can help you manage your mail.

Premium Forwarding Service Commercial
Premium Forwarding Service Commercial® (PFSC) allows business customers with an active PO Box or street address to temporarily forward all mail to their domestic business address using Priority Mail Express® or Priority Mail®.

- Forwarding frequencies of daily (Monday–Saturday), weekly, or monthly
- Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipments
- All shipments trackable via USPS Tracking® numbers
- Packages up to 70 lbs. or sacks, depending on volume
- Email notifications of shipments with USPS Tracking® numbers
- Online forwarding requests via Business Customer Gateway (BCG)

Get Started
- Enroll in Premium Forwarding Service Commercial (PFSC)
- Log into or sign up for https://cop.usps.com/
- Set up a payment method (EPS) using the ACH Debit option
- After you add a payment method, you will be automatically enrolled in USPS Ship
- Email USPSShipSupport@usps.gov and request a valid permit for Premium Forwarding Service Commercial (PFSC). A USPS Ship Support Agent will create a permit and provide a permit number as confirmation. Make note of the new permit number.
- Link the new permit to your EPS account under "EPS - Manage Permits"
- Access the PFSC application via the BCG under "Shipping Services" and pay the Annual Enrollment Fee.
- Create PFSC forwarding requests, as needed.
